The artist lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Painting in 2022, with a minor in Art Theory and Aesthetics at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon. Continuing her studies, she pursued a Master’s in Painting at the same university and was recently accepted into the CIEBA research group.
Recently, Ana’s work has shifted towards exploring narratives, storytelling, and fiction through art. Over the past few years, she has been focusing more on installation-based work, creating small installations, video pieces, and clay sculptures. Thematically, she is particularly interested in incorporating aesthetic elements from nature, science, and history to build her own distinct narratives.
